Ingredients
  

For meatball

  • 500 gram minced meat
  • 2 sliced of stale bread
  • 1 grated onion
  • dry mint
  • cummin
  • ground black pepper
  • chilli paper
  • salt
  • oil

For sauce

  • 3 tomatoes
  • half of spoon tomato paste
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • thyme
  • salt
  • butter

For above

  • grated kashar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , put the ingredients of meatballs in a bowl and knead it well
  • Roll the mixture into the shape of meatballs
  • Wait it about 30 minutes in the fridge
  • Fry the meatballs in hot oil and put them evenly in the casseroles
  • Peel the tomatoes and chop them into the small pieces and put them in a pot . Add the butter on it
  • Add 1-2 spoon oil in the sauce
  • Cook the tomatoes
  • Add tomato paste , garlic , salt and thyme in the sauce
  • Cook it until tomatoes are soft , pour it evenly on the meatballs
  • Bake them in a preheated 250 degrees oven for 20 minutes
  • Take out them from the oven and add the grated kashar cheese on the meatballs
  • Bake again them until golden brown
