Ingredients
  

  • 750 gram minced meat
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 3 spoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cummin
  • 2 teaspoon salt

For cooking

  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 glass of crumbs bread
  • 2 mixed eggs

Instructions
 

  • Firstly ,put 1 cup of rice and 2 glasses of hot water in a pot and add ½ teaspoon salt and cook them , after cooking , wait for cool down
  • Chop the onion and garlic into the small pieces , add 3 spoon oil in a pan , put onion and garlic and brown them
  • Add half of the minced meat in the pan and brown them
  • Put browned minced meat in a bowl and wait for cool down , add rice and other minced meat , 3 spoon flour ,1 egg and spices on it and knead them well
  • Wait it about 30 minutes in the fridge
  • Make the minced meat the shape of round meatballs
  • Cover them first with crumbs bread , then with mixed egg
  • Add 1 cup of oil in a pan and fry the meatballs inside it
  • You can serve it with potato puree
