Ingredients
  

  • 2 glasses of lentil
  • 4 glasses of boiled water
  • 1.5 glasses of five bulgur
  • 1 glass of oil
  • 2 onions
  • 2 spoon tomato paste
  • 2 spoon pepper paste
  • 2 lemon juice
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • ground red pepper
  • cumin
  • 5 scallion
  • parsley

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , put the lentil in a pot and add 4 glasses of boiled water and boil it
  • Add the bulgur and stir them and close the lid of the pot , wait it 30 minutes
  • Put oil in a pan and chop the onions and add on the oil and brown them
  • Add tomato paste and pepper paste in the pan and brown them
  • Pour the boiled lentil and bulgur in a bowl and tomato paste mixture and stir them well
  • Add 2 lemon juice and spices and stir again
  • Chop the scallion and parsley and add them in the mixture and knead them well
  • Shape them into meatballs
  • Put the lettuce in a plate and put the lentil balls on it , you can decorate with lemon slice
