Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 glasses of flour
  • 1 glass of lukewarm water
  • 1 dessert spoon salt
  • 2 spoon butter
  • 50 ml oil
  • pistachio
  • sugar
  • cream
  • icecream

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , put flour , lukewarm water and salt in a bowl and knead it well
  • Divide the dough into 6 pieces and put them in a plate , cover on them with a cloth and rest them about 1 hour
  • Put butter and oil in a pan and melt them
  • Pour 1 spoon melted oil in a plate and roll out the dough pieces to the size on a plate
  • Put the first dough on the melted oil in the plate
  • Pour again 1 spoon melted oil on the dough and do the same to all dough and put them in the plate
  • Cover it with a stretch film and wait for 30 minutes
  • Roll out the dough with your hand , pour melted oil and continue to roll out
  • Pour pistachio , 1.5 dessert spoon sugar and cream on the dough and fold the dough into a square
  • Put the baking paper on a baking tray and put the desserts on it
  • Bake them in a 220 degree oven
  • You can decorate and serve it with pistachio and icecream
