Firstly , put the oil and meat cubes in a pressure cooker and brown it 2 minutes and close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook it
Put oil and butter in a pot , chop the onion and add and brown them
Add cooked meat on it and brown them
Chop the peppers and add them
Add tomato and pepper paste on them and continue to brown
Chop the garlics and put them in the mixture
Peel and chop tomatoes and add and brown them
Add water , salt ,ground black pepper , chilli pepper and thyme and mix them
Close the lid of the pot and cook it about 15-20 minutes
Put the eggplants in a baking tray and grill them in a 200-250 degrees oven
After grilling , put them in a bowl and wait for 15 minutes
Peel the eggplants
Put water , salt , lemon juice and eggplants in a bowl
Take out eggplants from the bowl with a strainer and chop them into very small piceces
Put butter in a pan and melt it and add flour and brown it
Add the eggplants and brown them about 2 minutes
Add milk little by little and stir them
Add salt and ground black pepper and stir and cook them
Add grated kashar cheese and stir it until kashar cheese melt
Put the mixture in a plate and add the meat on the mixture , you can serve
