Ingredients
  

  • 800 gram lamb cubes
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 peppers
  • 3 capia peppers
  • 8-9 cloves of garlic
  • 2 dessert spoon chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1.5 dessert spoon salt
  • 1 spoon thyme
  • 100 gram butter
  • some tail fat or tallow

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , chop the peppers , onions , capia peppers , tomatoes , and garlics into the small pieces
  • Put them in a bowl and add lamb cubes , ground black pepper , salt , thyme , chili pepper and stir them well
  • Pour them evenly in the baking tray and add tail fat and butter on the ingredients
  • Wet the baking paper a little and cover the baking tray with it
  • Bake it in a preheated 200 degrees oven for 1 hour 15 minutes and then , take out the baking paper and bake it for 15 more minutes
  • You can serve
