Ingredients
  

  • 4 artichokes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 gr green pea
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 2 cup of boiled water
  • 1 dessert spoon salt
  • 1 dessert spoon sugar
  • dill

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , chop the carrot , onion and potato into the small pieces
  • Then , put the olive oil in a pan , add the onion and carrot and brown them
  • Add the green pea and garlics and brown them again
  • Then , add the potato and stir well and put the artichokes in the pan and add 2 cup of boiled water , salt and sugar on the mixture and cook it for 1 hour on the low heat
  • After cooking , fill the mixture in the artichokes and pour the olive oil on them and decorate them with dill
  • You can serve
