Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl of bulgur
  • 50 ml oil
  • 2 spoon butter
  • orzo
  • salt
  • boiled water

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , put the butter and oil in a pot
  • Add the orzo and brown it
  • Add the bulgur and stir
  • Put 2.5 glasses of boiled water on it and add the salt
  • Cook it for 20 minutes
  • After pilaf is cooked , cover on it with a paper towel and rest them for 15 minutes
  • You can serve it
