Ingredients
  

For dough

  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ glass of Milk
  • 2 spoon whey cheese
  • 5 spoon whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For the above

  • Sesame
  • Black cumin
  • Kernel of seed

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , put the eggs in a bowl and mix
  • Add the milk and mix again
  • Chop the parsley into the samll pieces and add the parsley and whey cheese in the bowl and mix all of them
  • Add the whole wheat flour little by little and mix
  • Grease the pan and pour the mixture in the pan
  • Cook the top and bottom on low heat in a pan
