Ingredients
  

For dough

  • 125 ml lukewarm milk
  • 1 glass of lukewarm water
  • 1 dessert spoon sugar
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 dessert spoon salt
  • 65 ml oil
  • 4,5 glasses of flour

For syrup

  • 1 glass of water
  • 50 ml grape molasses
  • 1 glass of raw sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , put the milk , water , oil , dry yeast ,sugar in a bowl and mix them
  • Then , add flour and salt and knead all the ingredients well
  • And , put the dough in a bowl and cover the bowl up and wait for 1 hour
  • Put the sesame in a pan and brown it
  • Divide the fermented dough into 20 pieces and roll them
  • Cover it up with a cloth and wait 5 minutes
  • Put the water and grape molasses in a bowl and mix it
  • Roll out each piece of the dough like a long stick with your hand
  • Hold the ends of two dough pieces and wrap together and connect the ends
  • Do the same with all dough pieces
  • Firstly , put the bagels in syrup and then sesame
  • Then , put them in a baking tray and bake it preheated 180 degree in oven for 20 minutes
