Firstly , chop the beef into small pieces and put them in a bowl and add the milk
Chop the tail fat like beef
Cover the bowl with a stretch film and rest the meat in the fridge for 6 hours
Take the meats out of the bowl and put it another bowl
Add olive oil , red pepper flakes , salt , thyme , ground black pepper , tomato paste , grated garlic and knead it
Then , cover the bowl again with a stretch film and rest it in the fridge for 2 hours
Put the meat on the skewers and put 2 pieces tail fat on each skewers
You can put tomatoes , peppers and onions on the skewers
And cook the meats on the barbecue for 30 minutes
