Ingredients
  

For dough

  • 250 gram flour
  • 125 gram butter
  • 60 gram superfine sugar
  • salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 spoon milk

For pumpkin sauce

  • 550 gram pumpkin
  • 410 ml condensed milk
  • 410 ml water
  • 150 gram sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • 3 cloves
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , cut the pumpkin into small pieces and put them in a pot
  • Add sugar , condensed milk , water ,ginger powder ,cinnamon , 3 cloves and mix it
  • After start boiling cook the pumpkin on low heat until soft and take the cloves out the pot.
  • Then , blend the mixture with a blender and let the pumpkin cool down
  • For dough , Put the butter and flour in a bowl and add the superfine sugar , 2 spoon milk , some salt and 1 beaten egg and knead it well
  • Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the fridge
  • Then , put 2 eggs in the pumpkin sauce and mix it with a mixer
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and place the dough so that it covers the tart mold and pour the pumpkin sauce in the tart mold
  • Bake it 160 degree preheated in oven for 1 hour
