Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 ml olive oil ( if youdo not want to , you may not add oil for diet.)
  • 1 packet  vanilla
  • 1 packet baking powder (10 gram)
  • 1,5 glasses wholemealflour or wholewheat flour
  • 1 apple ( you can add half of an apple more )
  • 75 gram walnut
  • 75 gram raisin
  • 1 tea spoon cinnanmon

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , whisk the egg until it turns white.
  • Add molasses on top of the egg and continue whisking.
  • Add the oil and milk and whisk again.
  • Then , add cinnamon , baking powder and vanilla and mix .
  • Add flour little by little (you can increase or decrease flour according to stiffness.)
  • Grate the apple and add the apple , walnut and raisin onthe dough.
  • Spread the butter all over the cake tin and pour the dough evenly.
  • Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven. After 30 minutes ,check if it is cooked with a toothpick or fork.
