Ingredients
  

  • 5 pieces ready dough
  • 1 tea glass oil
  • 1 tea glass water

For Filling Ingredients

  • 4 chicken rib
  • 3 tomatos
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green peppers
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 2 springs dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 table spoon oil
  • 1 egg
  • sesame

Instructions
 

  • Boil the chicken put in a bowl and cut it into small pieces after it cools down. Add the tomatoes and onions that you peeled and cut into cubes.
  • Then add chopped peppers, parsley, dill, spices, salt and oil and mix well.
  • For the sauce, mix the oil and water in a bowl. Sauce the dough one by one and fold it in half, then apply oil on it.
  • Put the dough on the wide side of the chicken filling and wrap it in a roll. Shape the dough into a rose and place it in the middle of the oiled tray.
  • Prepare the remaining dough in the same way and wrap it around the dough that you have shaped as a rose.
  • For the surface, mix the egg yolk and oil and apply it all over the pastry.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on the pastries and cook them in a preheated oven at 185 degrees until they are browned.
