Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1 tea glass roasted and blend spinach

Instructions
 

  • Mix the eggs until they are white.
  • Add oil and milk on it and mix again.
  • Add salt.
  • Sift the flour and baking powder, slowly add and mix.
  • Add the spinach and continue mix.
  • Finally, pour this mixture into muffin molds and bake it into the 180 degree oven.
