  • Oven
  • wooden spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cinnamon stick
  • 1 liter water
  • 5 cloves
  • 20 gr granulated Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 cinnamon sticks to 1 liter of water.
  • Add 20 g granulated sugar and 5 cloves and boil for 20-25 minutes.
  • If you wish, you can add half an apple, quince and pear (or your favorite fruit).
  • Strain after boiling.
  • You can consume it hot or cold.
