Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg red sugar (puerpera sugar)
  • 3 glass granulated Sugar
  • 2 liters water
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 20 clove
  • 2 nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Red sugar (puerpera sugar), sugar and 20 glasses of water on medium heat until boiling,
  • After boiling then 25 min. boiled on low heat.
  • Other ingredients (cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg) are added and cooked on low heat for 25-30 minutes more boiled.
  • When the sherbet cools down, it is filtered and poured into a closed bottle and served cold.
  • Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
