Ingredients
  

  • 2 kg pomegranate
  • 1.5 kg granulated sugar
  • 2 lemon
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 gr powdered cardamom
  • 1 litre pomegranate juice
  • 2 liters water

Instructions
 

  • The pomegranates are washed and cut in half and the seeds are removed.
  • Add pomegranate, cardamom, cinnamon and sugar to a large pot and top it add enough water to cover.
  • It is boiled on low heat until it melts.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice, add sherbet and stir.
  • take off the stove and leave to cool.
  • Finally, pomegranate juice is added and mixed.
  • Filter and cool in the refrigerator. Cold serve makes.
